Returns Policy

We hope you will enjoy and be completely satisfied with any product purchased from AdorElly Fashion however we understand if this is not always the case.

If you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible.

Fully priced items

Items must be returned to us within 10 days of delivery in the condition in which they were received.

The full purchase price (original shipping fee excluded) will be refunded when our team has received and processed your return and it passes inspection.

To be eligible for a refund or a credit note, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. If the tag is removed the item cannot be returned and will not be refunded. Any item that is soiled and/or damaged (including excessive odor of perfume or smoke, make-up and/or fake tan stains, etc..) will not be refunded and will be resent back to the original delivery address.

Enclosed in your parcel you will find our Delivery/Return Form.

Detach the Returned Goods Form from the rest of the delivery form and please indicate on your return form the reason for returning the item (see return codes). You must complete the return form and place it in the parcel with your item so we can trace your order and issue your refund.

Item(s) should be returned via an insured, traceable service. Please retain your return receipt or make a note of any tracking number in case it’s required. We are not responsible for any damaged caused to goods in transit, so please make sure that they are securely packaged.

Where the conditions above have been met, we will refund your card within maximum 2 days of receiving your item. The refund can only be made to the same method on which you originally paid. Your bank may take additional time to process the refund and we have no control over this, for this reason we advise you to allow up to 7 working days from goods being received to seeing the refund on your account. If this has not occurred within this period please contact us immediately.

If you prefer a Credit Note instead of a refund just tick the additional box on your Return Goods Form and place it in the parcel with your item and we will issue a credit note, that can be used to place a new order immediately.

On sale or discounted items

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for items bought on a sale or discounted. However, a Credit Note for the amount equal to the price of the returned item will be issued to you immediately after we receive your return and it passes inspection. This credit note can be applied to future purchases.

To be eligible for a credit note, your item(s) must be returned to us within 10 days of delivery in the condition in which they were received. Just follow the steps mentioned above.

PLEASE NOTE any delivery charges will not be refunded or credited.
